For reasons unknown to me, my parents named me "John", why I was named after the room where people do "that stuff" is beyond me. My last name, to most people, is impossible to pronounce the way it is spelled. I'm retread on several other sites, so....retread works.

I chose mine so that when i meet people it is easy for them to remember my (Handle) name at the same time. (although some wish to forget it quickly )

ANY COMMENTS???????????????
I picked mine because I was new to the forum and wanted to try to make sure it wasn't the same as anyone else. No real reason other than Arachnid=Spider=Spyder.

I could change mine to "the Bling Lady" since that is what you called me when we met. But I love our Spyder and being Nana to our grandbabies. That's where mine came from. Simple!
2015 RTS Spyder, Intense Red Pearl, Baja-ron swaybar & links, Custom Dynamics trunk brake light, third & fourth brake lights from TricLED, Spyderpops bump skid, led lights on turn signals, Rear Elka shock, sheepskin seat cover & a new Black Freedom Trailer. We love our Spyder!!!

Just say what you see!
I used to use my real name, Eric, on the UK Buell site, but in a reshuffle it got blocked and then someone else took it, so I looked in the mirror. Now I use it on all my online sites except FaceBook where I use my full name Eric Holford. I also use the same avatar - flag Foxtrot which means 'I am disabled, please communicate with me'. It means the same all round the world in all languages.

For a while on the internet (long, long ago) you had to give a lot of web sites your email address before you could access them. If you use a real one they would email you large amounts of canned luncheon meat. But a fake BS one worked just as well for a short while. One day I got creative and sticking with the BS theme I thought up billybovine@bulldroppings.com. After that did not work any more I kept using the billybovine part for screen names in a lot of places.

When I was new to this site, I wanted to just Oldman because I am and did know how much I would like the Spyder. Not allowed. I was reading a "Sea Story" and by some process, trident, 3 points, Zues.
The handle I get asked a lot about. Patriot Guard Riders, I am OldSilverHondaRider. Question is plain to see

This has become quite an interesting thread. I'm enjoying reading everyone's rationale for their handles.

First day at bootcamp I acquired the nickname govner . I have the same last name as a famous governor and I had to do push up till I could come up with something nice he done for the state. Needless to say I was doing push ups for a while. But the name stuck and it followed me the whole 8 years I was in
