What year RT do you have?
If you take a peek in your owner's manual; you should be able to find a description of just what fuse, handles what chore...
I looked in my old 2010 manual, but couldn't find much that was useful...

2012... The electrical system should be pretty close to my 2010...

If your brakelights are sticking "on"; your cruise control will never work...
Check brake light actuator and fuses first. That will save you $250 or so plus labor. Yes, they have to replace the whole unit if you have a bad switch. Mine went out at 26K miles and was not covered under warranty.

How can you tell if the brake light is sticking? How do you correct it?
