    I am trying to update the firmware onmy sm10. Im using the macbook pro i am following there screen instructions, get to 3% and then it quits. Ideas?

    I presume you mean SMH10? The current firmware version for SM10 is 1.1 from Oct 2012.

    Are you using Sena Device Manager for Mac V 2.0.1?

    Also, the SMH10 takes firmware version 5.0.1, while the SMH10R takes 5.0. Are you trying to install the correct version?

    No it is the sm10. My current version is 1.0

    Had the same problem. I have Parallels and have Windows 7 installed as a program on my Mac. I do my Sena downloads on the Windows side and it works great. The only problem is it is expensive to get all of this installed on your Mac. I would suggest you call Sena and see if they have done anything to make it Mac compatible.

    I had the same problem. Was using internet explorer.
    Then tried firefox, and it worked.
