What are they going to do . . . cut beef and milk production by 25%? Or feed cows a low fiber diet? We live in a nation run by idiots!

This is a critical issue and must be regulated.  I guess they don't have anymore important issues like, oh say, jobs, rising national debt, hunger...
Next thing you know it'll be against the law to fart in public because you'll be contributing to greenhouse gases. Can we call in an airstrike?
