No Spyder Welcome package for 2013?
I remember when I purchased my 2008 GS back in 2010 (used), I've got BRP Spyder Welcome package with the Spyder Patch, Spyder books, Poster and etc. I have upgraded to Spyder RT Limited 2013 a few month back (also used but with less then 300 miles on it) but I never received any 'welcome' packages from BRP. Is it something BRP no longer offers ? Did anyone get any welcome packages when they buy Spyder brand new from the dealer ? Just curious.

I've got the Spyder late september. I know I am registered with BRP as I've got my B.E.S.T. warranty card from them a while ago and I already replaced one of tail lights by warranty back in October last year. I guess I need to wait more. Its not big of a deal but I was telling some friends of mine who is interested in purchasing Spyder about that Welcome package and I don't want to tell what's not right
thanks for the replies!

Let us all know when it shows up; it'll help to keep track of the actual lag-time between the purchase, and the packet!

Time..!!
it takes time. Sometimes it takes the dealer some time to forward the paper work. Then the quarterly mailings from brp kick in. Don't worry it will come..

Bought ours Nov 2012. Only thing we've ever received from BRP is gas cap. Even registered on their website and have never received a single email. Not sure who I ticked off at BRP.... :-)

2012 RTS SM5 Welcome Package
Took Delivery of a new 2012 RTS SM5 from dealer in March 2012 and have only received a gas cap from BRP
Received a package in 2009 after purchasing a new 2009 GS SM5 in 2008. Mileage pins have never been received, also.

They probably send them out quarterly like the mileage pins.

You will be sorely dissapointed! A small pin, a decal and a catalog to buy more stuff (spend more money) from BRP. I was almost embarrassed for them. They could take lessons from Harley, Volkswagon, BMW, Mercedes, yes and even Polaris. I waited axiously for 8 weeks for this. ( 2013 RTS SE5) I felt it was Zero gratitude for my purchase compared to my other large purchases in 2013.

Ive never received any sort of welcome package from another manufacturer, even when buying $65,000+ vehicles. I thought it was a pretty cool, although simple gesture.

BMW Motorrad sends a nice welcome package and has regular newsletter that goes out. I never owned a Harley-Davidson but my brother does and I have purchased clothing gifts and gift cards from them. I get regular correspondence and information. BRP could take a lesson in building community and marketing. I even get owner newsletters and event information from Buick and VW....from which I purchased vehicles.

Welcome
Hang in there, it will come, got mine about two or three months after purchase of my new 2013 RT Lava Bronze Limited.

No mail from BRP
Bought my 2012 RT-S new in October of 2012 and have yet to receive anything from BRP. I guess mail doesn't deliver from Canada to Alabama...
