That's Ron's Spyder. I needed it to do a install of the new risers.

Took it off and went back to the BRP Touring. Intended to take the F1 with me for the Interstates and speed riding (to get to destination ASAP if necessary. Then take the touring shield out of the trunk and swap it out for the local riding. Just too much hassle!! I might use the F1 when colder weather gets here.
However ........ I'm hoping Thibaults adjustable shield does the trick. Quiet and a calm envelope at high setting and good clean wind at the low setting. I can fine tune it in between the two max settings. I'll keep you posted and do a review when I get it...

I cut about 4 inches off my Evo III last Saturday. Unfortunately, thats as far as I got with it. Got a little wild with the bandsaw and now I need to get the sander out to even out a few cuts and make the entire cut edge smooth. After that, I am going to rebend the lip as it was before and maybe try to bend it just a touch at some point just above the dash to get the top of the windshield closer to me.

Did I miss the answer to this? I thought I read somewhere that you needed to move the clutch. What is the scoop Lamonster?

I have one and the clutch lever just touches the shield... not enough to push it in... or worry about it.
