After being air lifted to University Hospital I spent the evening getting 14 stitches in the right side of my scalp, 12 at the base of my left thumb, and 8 on my left middle finger. I lost a lot of blood, and I am still very weak, but I am home now. I am currently re-evaluating a lot of the things I do in my life and tree cutting has gone to the bottom of the list. My wife has been amazing through all of this. She has been by my side and taking care of me every step of the way, as well as the house and the kids. I know she is exhausted but she doesn't let it show. Hopefully I will be back to work soon, but until then I will be prowling the sight. So Everyone please keep me busy so I can keep my mind of the pain.

OUCH... Glad all the injuries will heal, and that you have decided to leave the tree trimming to others....besides it leaves you more time to ryde.
