Default H M TRUNK LID STORAGE

Dirt cheap way to add some storage for small, lightweight stuff, paperwork, or whatever. mc cargo net from harbor freight- three bucks, four 3 m command hooks- eight bucks, and a little set of velcro for the middle bottom. 11 dollars, THAT'S cheap. .......... another Nickle 98 Mod......

I like it! Simple and tidy. Tell me about those hooks. Think they'll stay in place over the long haul?

i don't know how long they will stay put. they didn't like the slightly curved surface. they're only making about 50% contact, i think. if any fall off, i'll put it back on with silicone.

    Default downtime

still waiting on a good battery from motobatt, almost three weeks now. got a few days off from work, had the time and energy to do some mods, and clean the bike real swell.

    Default hooks

the hooks are still holding, after a few days, a long ride yesterday, and a load in the net. it's very nice to not have to dig thru the '' black hole '' to find stuff. it also takes zero skill to install. big bang for the buck.
