Benggolf's 2011 Spyder RT Limited
Bought our 2011 RT Limited in June, 2011 and did not really ride the machine till summer this year.
Had the machine for the first inspection prior to our trek to the Spyders at Redwood meet in Sonora, California last August. Now, we have 5,900 kms and throughly enjoy riding the machine.
So far we have installed Bajaron's sway bar kit and chrome-moly heim links. Also installed Custom Dynamic's HMT LED 3rd brake light.
On order are Spyderpops SPY 118 Bump Skid and Cat Shield.
We have no heat issues and intend to keep the RT for a couple of more years after all the possible issues of the 2014 RT will have been resolved.

Here's to many more miles of smiles !! Would you post the issues that they are having with the 2014s ? I didn't think they where at the dealers yet ?I might have to rethink buying a 2014 !

Yes, the 2014 are not on sale yet. I mean to wait a year or two before considering a new RT, so any problems that may arise with the 2014 models will be corrected by then.
