Spyder (Red Dragon) will not do anything!
Turned the key, everything lit up as usual, then in a flash everything went dead. Have not seen any signs of life since. Checked all fuses (front and under seat). Not sure how to check relays. I did switch them around, (like one would do a light bulb). Still nothing. Wiggled the battery connections. They're all tight. Have not tested the battery, but assumed that would be a noticeable slow draining process with warning signs, not "Bam!". Any and all suggestions welcomed. 2009 SE5.
Thanks!

You've got to test that battery!

I agree! I had the exact same problem. My battery voltage was 9.3 volts. I tried charging it but it wouldn't take a charge so I went to the local battery shop and we did a load test. It failed miserably so I popped in a new battery and everything is back to normal. I also took the opportunity to install a battery tender. Hope you get your Back up and running.

My bet is the battery, Some times those mischievous black box's just go dead without a warning..
One bad cell will do it..

The other year the battery in my Jeep went dead the same way. Three months earlier I charged my battery and did a load test and it was ok. They can go bad at any time. Mike

???
Never tested a battery before, so I tested the car (16.95) and the spyder (15.99), and new Sunbeam alkaline AAA (2.16).

Did you accidentally hit the kill switch? If not, and the battery tests OK and the fuses all are fine, you are best to get someone with electrical experience to troubleshoot things, preferably a dealer. BTW, your voltmeter is not working correctly. All your voltage readings are way too high.

Update
I ran the jumper cables from the suv battery. Everything lit up, but engine still would not turn over. So I'll charge it overnight and see tomorrow. Thanks again All.

Thanks, I thought the readings were high, but I've never done this before. Wanted to get the dealer to put in an 12v outlet, but I really wanted to ryde it to him, not tow$$$ it to him.
Thanks again.
