There is a 2014 ST-S in Circuit Yellow so as soon as the panels become available I will be ordering a set and installing them. But geesh, BRP sure is taking there sweet time in getting the updates out and available.

Whoever gets the first one will have some playing around to do. See what fits, doesn't fit cans and can'ts. Will be interesting. Hope it will be that easy for all those needing help....

BRP stated in their catalog that the new panels are intended for use on the 2013's as well.
2014st.jpgI believe you would need 4 panels.......
Doesn't seem so. The parts fisch shows 2 interchangible panels for that location, one shaped like our 2013's and one like the new 2014s. The one shaped for the 2013's is apparently for the Australian and Japanese markets while the new panel with the scoop is for the rest of the world.
I think it just overlaps the frunk-side panel...
But there's some little... bits... that might go underneath, I can't make out what they're for.
If you look closely at the pictures in the catalog what they show for that is a new trunk lid and the short peice in front of the trunk lid. Both in matt black. Nothing about the side panels.
According to the BRP rep who was at Mountain Motorsports the other day you will only need one panel per side. He has seen the 2014 pieces but not seen the 2014 pieces mounted on a 2013 yet.

Looking at the side by side you posted I do not see how one will do it. The new panel by the headlight curves in and the panel behind flairs out. Neither of mine do that.
I called the dealer who looked it up for me. The part numbers are on the system and valid. Backorder date of Dec. 30, I am think that date is meaningless likely just a placeholder. Price is listed as N/A. That's too bad i would have really liked to know the price.

2 panels would be better than 4 panels...but looks like 4 to me.......but BRP needs to allow some of us to test the panels....send any color...I don't care....just need for the bike to get rid of the hot air
I guess Flamingobabe has not seen my other post. I agree it would be nice to have some of our southern members try the panels out before it gets too cold.
They should send her the panels for testing; she's probably been one of the earliest ST owners that discovered problems... and her bike seems to be afflicted with ALL of them!
