She has an RT so the install would be completely different than on an RS-S. so far only one person has made the change on a 2013 RS-S and he went from the stock bars to the ST-S bars. They bolted on but the plastic covers that bolt on the under side of the bars had to be trimmed down to fix the bottom since they are different on the RS and the ST.
Well heres some installed pics. 165$ for the st riser kind of high but it looks stock and feels great the steering pressure feels smoother now. I still might a 1 inch spacer, got some aluminum on the milling machine ready to go. So let me see if I understand... You used an ST riser to get the correct bolt pattern for the tri-axis bars? Do you have any idea if that would work on an 09 GS?

I don't think he actually installed the tri-axis bars on his RS-S. I think he installed ST-S bars on his RS-S. Me I'm doing the oposite and installing RS-S bars on my ST-S.
And probably what is the most confusing is this thread was originally about the tri-axis bars.

Well just got my RT riser from ebay and did a quick install on my RSS. No problems really. Had to cut the ziptys to get some more electric wire up the riser, theres plenty to move. Only real thing is mine is a manual clutch and I had to move the clutch lever around a bit so as not to pinch the hose coming off the slave cylinder. Only thing a have to mess with is the cover over the ignition switch, but I think I can make it work.
