Post this may be odd, but...

    Hello all,

I hope everyone is gearing up for the weekend and hopefully some of you are gearing up for my charity ride. I called my dealership today and asked for my sales rep and was told "he is no longer with the company". Now I know in sales people move all the time and that everything about my spyder is documented, but there was a part of me that was a little uncomfortable that "my guy" was gone. I know thedealership will do what they want either way so I am sure they will still treat me right but I feel like I lost my inside connection.

    Default And you may have..!!

dealerships are not made up of teams..they are made up of individuals working as a team. When one leaves there is a hole which has to be filled to get the team up again. If they treated you well before they will again. Little time...!!

Salespeople for the most part, Once they know too much about the product [house $ cost] they tend to be less effective, And then it's hard for them to bend the truth with a straight face..
ie; Tell the customer what he wants to hear.. So they have to move on...
Bought a Suzuki Sv then a few years later a Honda VTX then years later a Kaw 6n 3 entirely different shops and owners, Guess what? All from the same salesman....

They need to practice a bit more in front of the mirror in the morning...
