    Default Lamonster's Spyder Mods

NoMagicNeon 4" risers.- Out of all the mods I've done this is by far the best mod yet. I use to get a pretty bad pain in my right shoulder at abot 200-300 miles with the stock bars. On my 7000 mile trip to Sturgis and then San Diego I never had any pain at all. My first day was 1200 miles so I think that was a pretty good test. I run my Spyder on Deal Gap all the time and it helps to give you more leverage in the turns too. All in all this is a 10 out of 10 for me.

    Default Blinking Fender lights

Love my blinking fender lights and this was before I had the LED bulbs in them.

Default RAM Mount Aqua Boxes and XM

Been using this setup for some time now and it's kept my XM alive through some pretty major rain storms.

    Default iway 600 GPS mount

I just made a mount out of some strap and backed it up from the underside.

    Default BRP Trunk Liner

They did a real nice job on this. It fit pretty good and it has a few little pockets to put stuff like your cell phone and cards. Pretty happy with this mod.

    Default Key Mod

I get asked about this all the time. I found a billet oil fill cap and hogged it out to fit my key. I pretty much never take it out now.

    Default Simple Corbin seat Mod

If you have the stock gas ram hooked to your Corbin seat you'll fine that it's a little too much ram for such a small seat. The the stock ram had to lift the whole seat from the back. Now you have half the seat to lift and the stock ram tends to tweak the seat so that it doesn't quite fit right. When I took my ram off the seat fit great and the holes lined up perfect.

Now the problem is holding the seat up while you're getting fuel. On my trip back from Sturgis I would wedge my gas cap in the back of the seat to hold it up while getting fuel. Not a big deal but not cool either.

Today I took a 7" piece of flatbar and made a little prop that bolts where the stock ram bolts to. Now I just set the flatbar where I want it when fueling and swing it out of the way when I'm done. Works for me.

    Default Easy Corbin Backrest Adjustment

It's kind of a pain to take out a tool to adjust your backrest so I made a little knob that works pretty good. I used a 1/4 20 all thread and a 1/4 20 knob and cut it to fit.
