Yes, it is the honey burl kit from http://powersportswraps.com/spyder-dash-kits.php
It was actually quite simple to install, just peel and stick. Here is a pic of my bike from their website.

The dash kit is not a vinyl sticker. They are actually panels that are about 1/8" thick, that look very realistic, even up close. Here is an installation video that shows what the panels are like. BTW you don't need a fancy heat gun - a hair dryer works just great.
