Teddy & I would like to say Congrats on the New Ryde & Welcome to the SpyderHood~Dave

it may take your girlfriend a while to get used to being a passenger on the Spyder much like the learning curve for the driver I understand that there is also a learning curve for the passenger. Must haves to me are additional lights. Check out some of the site sponsors like TricLed to see what is available.

Welcome..!!
and congrats on a fine new ryde. You still have a ways to go to get the real hang of the roadster. Ease up on your grip and drive like you do with power steering (which it has). Check rear suspension setting and have your girlfriend lean on you till she gets which way to go as you ryde. If she rode with you on bikes she has to learn the roadster is no a bike. My wife did the same and now she is relaxed on the open roads and we are a unit on the twisties..enjoy..!!

Welcome and congratulations on getting a RT Limited. It has a lot of the farkles that other folks are adding as standard features (like the lights, mentioned above.) Ensure your tire pressure is correct . . . a mere 1 pound difference between the front wheels can effect handling . . . and play with the pressure a bit to see where it feels good to you. I weigh 290 and upped the front tires to 16.5 lbs and the rear to 29. It made my 2013 RT Limited feel much better to me. It corners like it is on rails!

Put a BajaRon sway bar on and your girlfriend won't feel like she is going to be launched off the back at every corner... my wife would not ride on ours with the stock sway bar. She loves the ride now.
