ULTIMATE SEAT
I'm planning some lone distance riding in the near future. So I think I need a more comfortable seat and was looking hard at the Ultimate. Can you nice folks out there that have an Ultimate seat please give me your opinion. Are you satisfied with the comfort vs the price. I don't mind paying a high price as long as I get the comfort.

I really like mine (Tall Boy with backrest). The problems with seats is each rider has different needs. You might find the Corbin perfect or too hard. I like the Ultimate because it seems to have more support on the outside edges. It replaced a BRP Comfort seat that was pretty good, with the Utopia backrest but I have found the Ultimate more to my liking. If possible, you should try to find some folks that have the other seats and see how they feel.
You might also think of floorboards and highway pegs to make the ride even better.

I've got one on my RS and love it. Did 1600 miles earlier this year in 3 days and it performed great. Love it!

I put one on at spyderfest /backrest. Rode 650 mile trip back home could tell that I made a big improvement in comfort. before i had a stock seat and air hawk cushion on my RT. But like everyone said differant strokes for differant forks.

I have the Ultimate on both models and Love them. You really get to feel like your sitting "In the Seat" as opposed to "On the Seat?"

Ultimate makes a great seat.
I have about 5k miles on my Ultimate seat, and I love it.
Having said that, for full disclosure, I have never sat atop a Corbin for any great distance, but I can tell you with Corbin, I see a lot of Airhawks, Butt-Buffers, sheepskins, and beads (for various reasons of course). The Corbin is a much stiffer feel, and this is greatly a personal preference thing, so I will only speak to the Ultimate.
Great seat. Very comfortable, and the fit/feel is good over the road. I am 5'11", 215lbs. The mid-rider is good for me and the Mrs. If you're taller than 6', you will most likely be more comfortable (as the driver) with the tall boy, just keep in mind, the extended 2" you get as the driver, is at the expense of the passenger.
Ryde safe.

I love the Ultimate seat. The biggest difference for me is the back rest. Between that, and Highway Pegs, I can ride pretty much all day without fatigue.
