I had three year old BOAT gas that I put in a new lawnmower to save the gas. $93 in parts and labor later I "really save a lot on that two gallons of gas!"
NO - is also my thoughts.

A few years ago I had about 10 gallons of 9 year old gas that we siphoned out of a jetski that was given to us. The ski was winterized and sat behind a friends old shed untouched for 9 years. The gas reeked of mice piss and stale gas. Gas looked like varnish!
Used it all summer in the mower and it didn't miss a beat! It smelled really bad when filling up the mower though....

No way I'd put it in the Spyder... or a lawnmower. Perhaps in your car.. maybe 1 gallon to 10 of new gas.
Otherwise check with your local Advance Auto. They take used oil and other products... and gas is a petroleum product so they might take it.
Don't pour it out on the ground.

If you were to run it thru a used pair of black jockey briefs 3 X then filter it through a used Hanes black t-shirt w/o a pocket. Then pour it in a freshly drained 2 liter # G-2 Gator Ade container While filtering over a conguluator anode with 0.235 VDC at a frequency of 3.3579 MHz. You could run it in your car providing the fuel storage container was no fuller then 66%@40 degrees F.
Good luck!
