This is nothing compared to Harold LeMay's collection on display at America's Car Museum in Tacoma, WA. Its the largest car collection in the world.

But we don't have those pictures in here yet to drool over...

Do these count as a car collection? This is my Nascar Tony Stewart collection.

Neighbor and I were just discussing the 60s-70s mopars last night. Especially the Plymouth Fury that a lot of the State Police used back then. With that 440 those things were fast. Also the Mercury Marauder. One of my cousins had a '69 Marauder X100 with the 429 (385) 4 speed. He got a speeding ticket the same day he drove it off the lot.

The Interceptor was a Fury variant. It had the 440 single quad AFB carb. Some had the 350hp standard cam and some had the 375hp special cam. The 375hp special cam was also used in some NASCAR cars. But for sheer speed, the '69 Polara Pursuit was the ultimate patrol car. It could do 147mph (officially) but there are records of better than 150mph. It was rated at 0-60 in 6.3 seconds. Pretty impressive for a "tank". Wonder if that's why King Richard was so successful.

Easiest way, just go to YouTube and search for Lemay Car Museum. Several videos on their collection.
