I'm not sure what flasher you are talking about. If its the 4 way emergency flashers then it is located on the right handlebar.

On an RS you can flash your high beams by using a button (similar to the mode button) on the front of the right handlebar. Don't know if this helps, but it was worth a try.
Just sayin'...........
Three in the garage, and I think I can fit at least one more in.....and then we will have to build another garage.
The roads in NY are so bad that I am glad we bought a Ryker Rally
Just sayin'............

Thinks out loud
Scanned the electrical system in the maintenance manual and did not find it. If it was a Ford you could listen for it.
Hope someone shows up that knows its physical location.
Identify what you have control over and find peace with what you don't.

There is no flasher, as far as I know the function is done electronically in the display cluster.

What kind of problem are you having with the turn signals? Year and model would be helpful also.

It is controlled by the computer in the cluster. on all models.
