Default Where's the low beam adjustment???

I have a 2010 RT-S and the headlights are pointing too low. The manual says there's and HB and an LB adjustment under the panels on both sides. I definitely see the HB, but the LB slots are empty holes. Is there something missing or is there a different way to adjust the low beams?

Must have been a last minute change, after the 2010 manual was printed, because it definitely says it's there... With a picture and arrow! Stranger things have happened. Thanks Jer.

Ya, the 2011 manual shows something similar for adjusting the 'fog lights' but there's nothing there either. Editing errors
