we have invited some and we will invite others, should they want to come. it won't cost them anything to display. we will post as we get responses from vendors!

Progressive, the host dealer may have some help from BRP,, haven't heard a final. They also have accessories in stock!

All rides on Saturday will be leaving from Progressive Motorsports as they are sponsoring a simple breakfast (coffee and donuts?). Not sure what yet, perhaps Cleg has some answers to this.

My Wife and I are planning to attend, and should arrive noonish on Thursday 9/19.

I will be there with a few web boards.I will be bringing them in my tow behind trailer. Not sure which ones to bring... RT, ST and RS will be available at that time.

Luvs2Ride and X-Winger (Jenna and Ed Johnson; Mechanicsburg, Pa) will arrive on Wed, the 18th and leave Sat, the 21st... staying at the Studio Motel. Registration forms and check are on the way via US mail. I'll be on 2012 RTS SE5 and X-Winger will be on his HD Tri-Glide.

just a truly fantastic job.. first and foremost something that weekend will go wrong.. someone will not be happy about something and lastly of all you people who have put this together don't forget you guys deserve a better time than all of us.. so relax and just let the pieces fall in place..

However, we are rather unconventional in our road-trip'n adventures

Meaning... since I have to work for a living, time is limited, and we usually have to wait til I get off work to leave, then we ryde as far as I feel comfortable and then we just pull over at a rest-stop or safe area, hop in the camper for a nap & as soon as I feel recharged, we hit the road again ..... usually in the wee hours of the morning But it gets us there in one piece

Teddy is spoiled & refuses to drive & is only happy when in HIS passenger seat, and we all know, if the Boss aint Happy, Nobody's Happy

jill, that is correct. just give them a call and make your reservations. the number is listed at the beginning of this thread! (in one of the first few posts)

I have a buddy that wants to come but can't commit until after the 1st of September. Do you think there will be any issue? If he goes he.will be bringing his bride and would want to participate in all the events including the dinner cruise.
