    Default Spyderfest Question

This is our first Spyderfest and the question is, what do most riders do with the small pull behind trailers. Do they leave them at the motels while out on rides or do they go ahead an pull them.

Can't wait to start that way!!!

I usually leave mine parked in the hotel's parking with either another trailer or a post. If not you can buy a lock. But some actually take them out on rides. It's whatever you feel like doing.

I will probably continue to pull mine but may leave it at times, it is 6 of one and a half dozen of the other. Whatever you are comfortable with.

The question will ultimately come down to your own personal comfort level with leaving your "Stuff" tied up in the parking lot...

I will probably leave mine chained up at the hotel during the rides but I will pull it to the evening events. I like a place to sit down and my comfy lawn chairs are in the trailer.

Done both depending on location, if I leave it at a hotel I try and park it where it can be seen not tucked away and empty the contents into the hotel . Put a ball lock on the hitch, lock through the wheels but just like anything if some one really wants it they will take it.

Also at some events I ride around with it, you get used to having hitched and it becomes handy to have everything with you.

Make sure your insurance covers the trailer if it's un hitched.
