No snowmobiles here. I'm not even sure I can get the plow out!!! We have 30" with drifts over my husband's head. This is only a bit overwhelming. Thank goodness we still have power!!! But, that could change in an instant.
Heard on national news this morning all roads in RI and Mass. are closed. 400.000 without power and a minimum of three days to restore power. Waiting to hear from Bob Denman.

We got pretty near NUTHIN'!!
About three inches of nice light powder; that's it!
I'm trying to find out what happened, but a neighbor who was also shovelling this morning said that it simply did an end-run around us!
Snow to the North.... Snow to the South... East and West also!
We missed the party!
Connecticut was reporting over three feet of snow in several areas, and Maine was still getting slammed this morning with it.
Heard that in Mass if you are out on the roads after 4pm you could fined ($500) and do jail time up to one year.....unless you have permission.....and not from your mommy.
Connecticut shut down all of the roads as well... snowplows and emergency vehicles only.
And somebody STILL managed to kill a pedestrian! If they weren't supposed to be out in the storm; I hope that their hide gets nailed to a wall somewhere.
Thoughts and prayers to all of you who were hit hard by this storm! It's pretty, but a pain in the A$$ to have to shovel and travel in. Use to have to do it and moved to TX to get away from it! Keep warm and be safe. God bless you all and spring will be here soon.
I just saw another news report saying that there have been four deaths...
Stay away from downed wires; don't shovel until you blow a piece of your heart out through your ribcage, and stay away from traffic!
We have yet to see winter… a couple of nights below freezing, and an hour or two of heavy frost/freezing fog, and that't it…. Have to drive for an hour to the mountains to find the white stuff… You would think we were (heaven forbid!!!!!) annexed by California.
