I'm going to spend thanksgiving with my In-laws in FL. It will be a 10 day trip. Hopefully will not have snow when I get back to NC. Maybe I'll get to meet some fellow Spyder Lovers during the trip.
depending on where you start from and where in Florida you are going... i did Route 221 from Greenwood, SC to Perry, FL... mostly called the Wood Pecker Trail... nice ride... if you're going to the east coast of Florida, and departing from mid NoCar, try Route 25 to Brunswick, GA then Route 17 south along the east coast... another awesome ride... i've done both, and i'm here to tell ya, i'd do'm again... 017.jpg
I'm in Melbourne, fairly close to US1 and/or A1A, so if you and SpyderDen can work something out, the 3 of us could meet someplace between Cocoa and Sat. Beach along A1A
and depending on when you are down here there is:
The 15th Annual Critter Run on Sunday, November 25th will be starting at 10 a.m. at the Humane Society located at 1020 Cox Road in Cocoa. The cost to participate in the poker run will be $7.00 per hand or (2) hands for $10.00. All vehicles are welcome.
Grills on the River at US1 and the Pineda Causeway is a great place. One of our favorite hangouts. I would probably have two more Spyders join us. Of course all are welcome.

I am going to try and do both days.Will you be taking a ride on Sat24th as well?
I'm thinking of lunch at Grills then an afternoon ride around the Space Coast. Maybe a ride to Cape Canaveral to view 3 cruise ships leaving the port.

I am good with that.Its a 100 miles home from Cape Canaveral so instead of ryding up and down have booked a room at The Radisson Resort for Saturday night then can do the Sunday critter event and ride home late afternoon.Lookin forward to both days.
