    Default TNT Car Club

Just want to give a heads up out there. Not sure how much truth is in this but we are getting to the bottom of it.

It seems there is a new gang of car enthusiasts that call themselves TNT are targeting motorcyclist to either run them over or just off the road. It appears they are from coast to coast and south as far as Oklahoma. I will post more when I find out anything else. If anyone out there thinks they have encountered these knuckleheads, "PM" me with your location. I have contacts in extremely high places who can... I'll leave it at that!!! It's bad enough we have to watch out for the distracted driver, now we have a group of determined drivers. So if you notice one of them Asian Driftin Bumblebee's coming into sight, keep a watchfull eye.

    Google TNT Car Club.

    Default A bit more info

7 bikes have already been hit due to this initiation. They suspect that it is the TNT custom car club. The TNT Car Club here in Fayetteville targeting motorcycle riders as part of a Gang initiation. The information has been verified through Fayetteville Police Department and Provost Marshall. Below is the information that I received. Be aware of your surroundings and please pass it on to all the motorcycle riders you know, military and civilian. Thank you

The indicators are cars with multiple young occupants, usually at night targeting single or small groups of riders, trying to run them over or off the road as an urban gang initiation. Recommend riding in groups, being aware of your surroundings and avoiding suspicious vehicles.

when I lived in Houston TX back in the late 70's, early 80's.. this was happening... the kicKKers (tex-mex country music people tried this) a guy I knew had some people closing in on him on the freeway.. he looked at them and moved his leg a tad to show his 20 gauge sawed off shotgun within arms reach.. they backed off..

a shame we have gotten this far so fast with still not a thread of intelligence from the otherside..

I started carrying in 1978 when a dude ran me up on the side walk in Memphis TN..on my BMW at 7 in the morning on a sunday.. with a gun in his hand

    thanks for the heads up...

    such a shame for humanity

I wondered that also. I googled it and other than motorcycle forums there was a denial from someone who said he was in the club. Nothing from the Fayetteville Observer-Times newspaper. It sounds like an urban legend to me. But that said everyone should be careful 100% of the time.

I read a link last night that seems to be an urban legend also. I also recieved notification that 2 vehicles in Tx located with the Window sticker. Ft.Hood and Rancier in Austin. What's really disturbing is the fact a copy-cat can get a sticker anywhere. Media isn't going to cover it, unless it get's out of hand. On the other hand when media gets involved it 's tossed out of purportion and then every knucklehead who is a few bricks shy of a load will be out there. All we can do is keep a watchful eye, and if you experience a near miss or think you had one, get the car's info and turn it in. If you ever thought about "Go-Pro" now might be the time to act.

I guess that we'll have to do a bit og "Googling" to see what we can find on this issue...
Let's hope that we find nothing!

I googled Snopes, which says that this claim, so far, is "Undetermined" and is still being researched.

I had a little episode about a week ago when I was riding to my local fish and chip shop (Capt. Tom's). I have a nice little run of about 4 miles and even though it's a 45 mile an hour speed limit it's a nice ride.
Anyway, I hadn't gone but about a mile when a white F150 with three guys in the back pulled out in front of me. Both of us ended up doing an interminable 40 miles an hour in this 45 mile an hour limit. There's a nice little spot on the road that lends itself to a nice third gear pass so I got in position to make a move when all of a sudden two beer bottles came flying at me. Thank God for the agility of the Spyder. I managed to dodge both of them but in very short order another three came flying towards me so I backed off. Just a wee bit down the road it changes from a two lane to a four-lane and a stoplight. So I pulled up alongside him and raised my facemask and yelled at him, "don't worry about a thing....I got it all on video" as I pointed to my little Go Pro.
The light changed and I took off and drove straight to my local police department where, after I'd made a complaint, I furnished them with the video from the camera.
I hope these guys get what's coming to them.

I hope that they hook all of them up to a 24 volt battery... and give you the switch!
