I'm in the same boat as you -- bought our first Spyder on 27 April and still waiting for welcome package and panel certificate. Hopefully, we'll get 'em soon....

Not sure why they wouldn't register them but its part of the process. BRP has to know you have the bike.

I have my 600 miles service done yesterday and cost me $316. I called the dealer mechanic 2 weeks earlier and remind him the voucher for the new panel. The panel was available when I got there yesterday.

I wasn't even offered a welcome package.

I got my Welcome Package, but I've never heard of the panel certificate. Im going to call Monday to schedule my 600 mile service, do I need to say anything about the panel certificate?
Thanks,
Dee

What exactly is the Welcome Package and is there any significance to receiving one?

Got my RT Limited the end of June and got my Welcome package last week (with a busted pin). No sign of panel certificate. Had my 600 mile service done today and no mention of panels and I forgot to ask about them.

Got m package and certificate
Got my welcome package a few weeks ago and the certificate for new oil change gizmo. Included in the package were some little sort of brochures that they want you to pass out to people who want to ask you about your new ride. BRP does not pay me to shill for them and so I tossed these little items in the trash. I have not been bothered by anyone yet regarding my RT and that's just fine with me. My last ride was a URAL GearUP and I was constantly badgered about it. That company also had their "Emissary" program where they wanted you to pass out the same type of items.
Pin and patch in the welcome package were appreciated.

i picked up my RT SE5 at the end of July. I received a welcome letter and 2 weeks later I received my packet. I did not get a certificate but my dealer stated they changed out the panel. Was not charged for the panel. hmmmmm

I got my Spyder at the beginning of August. Still no welcome package, but I did get the new panel at my 600 mile service. I'm looking forward to the welcome package. Hope i get one.

Bought my Spyder 3 years ago and still haven't received a welcome packet..Dosen't bother me though...I'm more concerned about having fun riding the Spyder...On a positive note...My wife bought a used Spyder and received her packet and the BEST warranty within 2 months.
