Can a viper car alarm fit in my spyder
The place put the alarm on my 350Z.
he said they can put the viper alarm with remote smart start
on the spyder. I am doing my research before they take anything apart.

I would doubt they can unless they can bypass the security chip on the key(s) and pressing the MODE button once the computer boots.

No ! I do not Carrie a hand gun when I ride. Not in New Jersey or New York
the cops up here will shoot me.

I carry 2 with me. Back to the original questions. I would look at the motorcycle alarm. There are some good aftermarket ones.

I would almost think you might be better off with having the dealer install lo-jack rather than having some other party jack with the electronics on your bike.

At a minimum you're going to lose a key (they will have to bury the key transponder in the dash somewhere near the starter sensor for remote start to work).
Also, you are paying for functionality built into a Viper (DEI) product that doesn't apply to a Spyder (e.g. Windows up/down, door locks, etc...) which is minimal but is baked into the MSRP of the product.
I think you are better off with LoJack, a standard motorcycle alarm or even the holster/sign idea.
Just my $0.02.
