 bad whining noise
need some help wife has 2009 rs just had it serviced at dealer on the way home about 50mph it has a bad whine or rubbing noise any ideas

With the limited info given, I would say the drive belt has to be adjusted. [properly]

Sounds like the wife of one of my friends. She whines at all speeds. volumes, hertz ranges and the duration varies for each whine. Just like a truck tire.

Rear tire whining
Sounds like the issue I ran across. I had noticed the rear noise also. I sat down behind the rear pulley and eyeballed the line of the belt. It was just a tad off. If you have a good eye then you will notice a slight kink in the belt..
