Default How many calendar days are added to the existing warranty?

    Several scenarios:

Spyder in dealer’s shop for warranty repairs.
Spyder is in shop while dealer waiting for parts to be delivered/received from BRP.
Notify dealer of problem and return Spyder to shop after the first repair.

Dealer fails to take vehicle within 3 business days of a telephone or written request for repair.

    What's BRP answer?

Actually it can be done. Our yamaha jet boat was in the shop for almost 1yr (no joke). They added a 1yr of warranty mind you thats after many phone calls and conversations.

Next question: are the dealers willing to work quicker on a Spyder for BRP/BEST warranty or non-warranty/client paid?

Tolling refers to the stopping of time during the warranty period or to the adding of extra days to the warranty because of a particular event. For example, under other laws one day of your warranty is used up for every day you own your motorcycle. Each day your motorcycle is in the shop does not use up a day of your warranty. To help you determine your eligibility for arbitration, the most common tolling and warranty extensions are...see first thread.

I have worked in an auto dealership for 22 years, and the only times I have seen this is when the manufacturer will furnish the customer with a free extended warranty for a specific length of time...I have never seen just adding days to a basic warranty...I would get this in writing if someone told me this...
