update on the weather for spyderfest
i know it's still days away till the big party but for alot of us that are traveling into cuba like to keep an eye on the weather expescially since this is tornado season time. it would be nice if someone here in s.l. thats more computer savvy than me can post some type of weather updater to show what we might expect for weather in cuba. or paste a link thats updated daily or show something like within a 5 state area sorrounding cuba,mo. well this is just thought somebody got something better by all means post it.i know someones going to say just google it,well i thought this would make it easier push once on the thread and bam theres the weather.

It is said that as many days as there are in the whole journey, so many are the men and horses that stand along the road, each horse and man at the interval of a day’s journey; and these are stayed neither by snow nor rain nor heat nor darkness from accomplishing their appointed course with all speed.—Herotodus,*"Histories"*(8.98) (trans. A.D. Godley, 1924)
This is what the Post Office Creed is from...we could modify it for ourselves. :-) for as long as we are riding in the right gear (and not offroad in soft stuff), we can go nearly anywhere. And it seems perfect for our travels to, during and from Cuba. :-)

Looks like there's a Black Hole over Sioux Falls right now (0915 PDT). But then, maybe its the town Eureka from the SciFi show

I didn't find it - a friend of mine on Facebook shared it -- and now that I think of it he probably has a slight history of inahling at one point in his life.

I was checking out the Interstate Forecast on Weather.com and it is looking good for me for Sunday and Monday. I was surprised to see that Tuesday on I44 for Rolla they are calling for 60% chance of rain but the maps shown in an earlier post her show 0% for Tuesday.
I'm happy anyway because this year I think if I get wet it will be a warm rain not that near freezing stuff we rode through last year. I sure hope that nobody has to ride through that kind of lousy weather this year.

Len we are really excited about the trip. Remember how last year it quit raining during the opening dinner and it never rained again during the event? We'll see you on Tuesday rain or shine!

Just looked at local extended forcast( take it with a grain of salt) wED 25TH 60% CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS, 80 Deg for high 60 for low. 26Th 30% chance of rain, 80's high 60 low. 27th partly cloudy 80 high 59 low. That's the best for now. Hoping for good sunny weather for all the days but guess that's the chance we get.
