    Default Valve cover gaskets

I've been having an oil leak of about 1 quarter size drop every day and it seems like the valve cover gaskets are the most common place to look. Is it possible to see them with the panels off? where would I look? My crancase vent hose is going to Lamont's catch can , so no oil in the airbox. Is it possible that the catch can set up builds too much pressure in the crancase to cause the leak? The catch can is connected to a small air filter. 2008 RS SE5 11000 miles.
    Thank You

Too many possibilities to even think about, but the valve gaskets are a good starting point, especially if your valves have been checked. There is no good way to do this but to strip things down and start tracking the oil back. It can start almost everywhere, and is almost certainly not coming out exactly where it is dripping.

Need to take the panels off and look around.
