Back to stock handlebars?

I might pickup another , but the owner has already installed the adjustable handlebars on it, cutting off the original bars.
Wondering how involved it would be, and cost, to get stock bars put back on?

it has been said around these parts that the stock handlebar( gs, rs) is about 60 bucks. that and a couple hours of your time, and you're in.
