Seat opinions
Just asking what is the best way to go. Stock seat, Utopia back rest, Corbin seat driver back rest, Ulitmate with driver back rest, comfort seat utopia backrest. I will be going with the Corbin Trunk. Also will the arm rest work with the Corbin trunk? I'm suppose to pick up the Spyder the 29th of this month.
Thanks, David

warlock...I think Corbin is the only one who makes a seat with a gas door....that's what I ended up with...trust me...when traveling the gas door is the hot ticket....otherwise ...it's a pain to put gas in the Spyder...I don't remember...you gettin' a RS or RT????
HG is mobing into Galveston, Tx...his truck is in Fourchon, La....go figure....

We ordered our Corbin yesterday at Biketoberfest in Daytona. Hope we made the right decision.

100%
Not having the fuel door would be a deal breaker for me. My wife would never allow me to have a seat without a fuel door, now that she know she doesn't have to get off the bike when I am fueling up now!

Seats are very personal so opinions will vary.
I have Corbin--because I like the gas door. I can re-fuel without passenger dismounting the bike.
I have played with stock seat, comfort seat, Utopia back rest, airhawk, sheepskin and gel pads--but no other brands of seats other than Corbin.

I have the BRP comfort seat with Utopia backrest and am very pleased with the combination.

A vote to defend the honor of the Ultimate Seat with backrests, couldn't be happier with mine. Went from able to ride ~150 miles a day to 300 miles a day to start.
Wish it came with a fuel door, but no big deal. After each tank of gas, I *want* to get up and stretch my legs for a few minutes.
