    Default LOOSE WINDSHIELD

    Does anyone out there have a fix for the loose/bouncing RT winshield?????

    The problem is with the pins. They fit loose and are retained by a C clip. I was going to try putting a small rubber grommet over the ends between the head and C clip end. This would hold it tight and keep it from rattling when going over rough roads. It would also allow movement so you can still raise and lower the windshield. May try it this weekend.

    Try heat shrink tubing on the pins, I used it on some lock pins, worked good.
