Unexpected compliment
Yesterday I was stopped at a light. A car pulled up next to me on the right hand side and the driver rolled down her window. There sat the prototype grandmother flowered dress, white hair teased up, specs on the bridge of her nose, and the sweetest smile. She looks at my Spyder and remarks, "Nice tryke! Is it as much fun to ride as it looks? Did you build it yourself." I tell you she took me completely by surprise...but what a nice surprise!

Nice one.
Nice one. You meet the nicest people on a Spyder. This one happened to be a woman in a flowered dress.

Both my wife & I have found folks asking questions while stopped at traffic lights. Always interesting...

A couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, I pulled into the local grocery store. Opposite me, 4 ladies dressed to the T in their best Sunday outfits (one looking like Tyler Perry's Madea!) got out of a town car. One looked at the Spyder and said "that is one good looking motorcycle". Another one said "I'd never ride a two wheel motorcycle, but I'd ride one of them" I almost started laughing at the thought of these 4 women riding down the freeway 2 up on a couple of Spyders. I did offer them a demo ride

It's fun to note the reactions of folks that we meet out on the roads. I have NEVER met so many people who wanted to ask questions as I have while on my RT... When I had my 'Wing some folks would offer up a compliment or two,; but that was nothing compared to the reactions to the Spyders.
