my yosh pipe did not make 2k for miles and blew up, I know ron has one that is holding up but his is carbon fiber and mine was aluminum.

Its in the mail today and I should see it tuesday. I will get some video of the sound with the baffle in and out.

    Thanks!

I am just going to the local stores so I can see them before I buy them. I want to make sure I get a size that will look comparative to the stock muffler.

I think that thing is going to have rivet problems early on, especially those 2 on the heat shield. Not sure what the internals looks like, but stainless harware may be easy to install on the entire exhaust if those rivets go bad. I really like that exhaust, I wouldn't mind upgrading or repairing the hardware.

the only rivets are on the heat shield, its welded all around. I bought a 750+ leo vince and it went to **** and I had to rebuild it, if this holds up I will be selling that with my 1st gen juicebox, both would be great for your average user looking for more power and gas mileage plus a little better sound.

I see 2 rivets on each heat shield and looks like 3 on the end cap? Are they all mechanical baffle or do they have glass packing?

the only thing that was screwed or riveted was the noise reducer and spark arrestor, they said if I can blow it up, they would send me another one. Don't get me wrong I have been burned on the same line twice but you have to figure woods racing has been in the business of racing rotax motors for a little while.

I think you have to cut the welds to repack it, which for me isn't a issue at all but I will have to see when I get it how its setup

I blew the pics up 200%, the harware looks like it may be button head hex screws?...very cool! That's gonna be a great little pipe, I really like the look of it. So small and simple, mechanical baffle...no repack. One of the days I am going to turn my little exhaust tip creation into a shop ornament and grab one of these Wood.

it should be awesome, they said without the baffle it was 105 decimals but with the baffle it was 100 so I will have to see if I get more calls. I do like the fact that it is one piece.

Sounds awesome ... any chance of a sound test with the baffle out?
