Loving the forecast for next week in Cuba

Like late may or early June. April early May, is not a good time for the middle of USA weather wise.

There's never good weather in that part of the country. According to the wikipedia entry on Ft. Leonard Wood, "Its location in the Ozark Mountains provides for field training in rugged terrain with extremes of heat, cold, wet, and dry by the season."

That's the best way to check the weather in MO. Just go outside. If you don't like the weather, wait an hour and look outside again. It'll change.

I use the sock method for determining the weather. Its always been right.

Hang a sock on your Spyder before you go to bed. Check it the next morning.

If its wet, its raining.
If its hard, its cold.
If its horizontal, its windy.
If its gone, there's been a tornado.

I have a weather rock right outside the front door, but it is hard to take on a road trip. The sock is a more portable solution.
