    Default Cheatp Throttle lock

Ran across this inexpensive throttle lock. Looks like it might work for good temporary relief. At least it's cheap enough to try. http://www.2wheelride.com/throttle_pro.html

Another even less expensive lock... a 1 inch "O" ring ($.50) slipped in between the grip and switch. Just remember!!! The throttle must be turned buth up and down! It will not go down under spring load due to the minor friction from the "O" ring.

Atleast you can let go of the throttle for a moment with your right hand if needed.

Throttles should always be forcibly turned off! If you are letting the spring take it back, you are taking a big chance...throttle lock or no throttle lock.

    Default cheap throttle lock

On my 2 wheelers, I used a wide rubber band between the grip and the metal piece. If you needed more friction on the throttle, you just made one or more additional wraps of the rubber band.
