    Default Last Ride of Season-

Works been crazy as usual but grabbed a hand full of throttle and took a ride today. Upon returning 15 minutes later due to mechanical issues (there was a HUGE odor of raw fuel on left hand turns from a stop) it left a quart of coolant in the driveway over the next 2 hours. Heck Its got 3000 miles now so its no big deal. uh yeah... Loaded on the trailer and to the dealer we go.. Coolant is coming from right hand side of motor below the cases. Coolant lines are tight. Never ran above 1/4 way on the temp guage so it happened after the ride. Fuel smell was bad enough i should have stopped riding it and walked. no visible leaks but bad enough to make your eyes water.

I'm so glad those words "Last Ride of Season" are not in my vocabulary.

Last ride of the season??? Gee... I just kind of figure that there's gonna be a gap between some of the rides once in a while, but I'd NEVER call one of them the "last"...

NO NO NO, the weather here is terrible, roads are all rough, hurricanes, wind, salt spray. Nobody would like it here since it is so crowded.

A wise man one said something like
Never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never surrender!

Perhaps in the event of snow and/or ice.

We had the most awesome autumn weather last weekend. Had 2 great rydes with a Spyderlover who recently moved into the area. Found them on the BRP map. Cool stuff!

Rain and cold weather may be inevitable . . . but sooner or later, it will clear. Then it's time for another ryde.

Actually Bob, it was a deliberate (and GOOD) decision to return to Oregon . . . and I've never been sorry. Within 100 miles we have ocean, mountains, high desert, and more . . . . each providing a gazillion opportunities for awesome rydes.

Being on the other side of the country from most the Spyderlovers activities, we're kinda out of the Spyder fun loop (bbqs, Smokies, Dragons, etc.) . . . . so we really enjoy reading everyone's escapades and adventures posted on Spyderlovers!

I'll guess that we'll have to take the party to the Left Coast... I hope that you guys have a BIG spare bedroom... or three!
