Default Another set of Homemade "foot rests"

It seems a lot of people are buying or making foot rests for their RT and I decided to try a set myself. The basic framework was cut from a heavy piece of aluminum and bent by a friend at his machine shop. The rest are just braces etc. Though I would not stand on them, I can put a lot of weight on them with no problem.

Total cost to make was around $25.00.

Thanks for the idea.. It appears to me that any little accessory for the RT costs $500 or more in the aftermarket and you still have to install it yourself, so I think a lot of us are going to getting creative and daring in adding things to our ride...

I look at things like the footrests and I miss my time in a factory when I was in maintenance and had a machine shop I could play in after hours. The things I useed to make. That part of factory work I miss.
