$100.00 5X8 Trailer
Bought this trailer from a fellow up the street for $100.00, It was seatimg in his back yard for about four years. I put another $225.00 in it. I got the idea from some of the site members to use as a base. I rewired the whole thing and added clearance lights.I changed the flooring and did some welding to make it more sturdy. I repacked the bearings and added newer tires. I made some temporary ramps (looking at adding a full ramp later). I sanded, primed, and painted it Black. I was able to register it for $41.00 as a Home built trailer. The before and after pic,s say's it all, for $325.00, I think not bad?? It ties down and travels nicely. Thanks again for this site.

mcguire1511::::AWESOME IDEA...I have a 5X8 trailer which isn't long enough, I never thought of notching the front railing out like that. How are you for clearance on each side??
