Whistler BT3200/3300 headset

Does anyone have these or know someone that does. They are pretty cheap but want to make sure they are decent. Any info would be good.

I have it, they are stereo and so far they work great for me I bought them at a Cyclegear during BlackFriday for a 100 bucks

I use them with my cell phone and a MP3 player no issues so far, haven't used it as a intercom device yet
