Default What's the difference between Accessory Power & Power Expansion Harnesses?

Can someone tell me the difference between an Accessory Power Harness and a Power Expansion Harness? If I have one, do I need the other?

I believe accessory power comes on only when the key is turned on. I connected a voltmeter up to the accessory connector wire on the side of my 2020 rtl.

Below are two locations to view each type of harness. Keep in mind they all are 12v. Some work with the key on only and some work with the key on or off, depending on your desired use.
