Default Who would have thought that Grip Puppies could make such a difference!

Who would have thought a twenty dollar add-on could make such a difference. I started out putting them on my Ryker Rally (2020), as the grips were getting pretty worn. It only took a single ride before I decided that my new 2023 F3 should get them too.

I have them on my 2018RTL and am amazed at how much more comfortable they make the grips over long distance

I’ve put them on all my bikes over the years. My only complaint with the spyders is when using the heated grips they stifle the temperature quite a bit. Other than that they’re great.

I used them for about a year. On my machine, they killed the effect of the heated handgrips.

These are a bit thinner than Grip puppies/Grab On covers. Heat comes through fairly decently.

Do you guys wear gloves with these? I'm always wearing riding gloves. I'm not sure how well that would work with a grip cover. Thanks.

    I always wear gloves ( ATGATT ) .

I had the SlingMods foam grips on my 2019 RTL. They were really thick, nice for no buzz but no heat came thru them. Also because they were so thick, changed the way you had to roll the throttle. Dont think i would buy them again.

Lamonster has some that are thinner and he says the heat comes thru just fine. I'd buy from him.

Cool! This looks like just what I've been searching for. I tried the foam grips and didn't like them. Just ordered a pair. We'll see!

I am using the foam grip covers that Lamonster sells. End result feels pretty much akin to the Kuryakyn ISO grips I had on my Honda CTX1300. I like it, and my wife is happy with hers, too. I wear deerskin gauntlet gloves all the time, she wears thin leather or none.

I did use grip heat when I first installed them. Heat did seem to come through OK. Heated grips don’t get used much here in Arizona.
