Default SE6 wont go into first gear - anyone else? What was the fix?

Past 3 days my 2020 RT Limited will not go into forward gear. After several attempts and going into reverse it will work and shifts fine for the rest of the ride. This happens mostly when up to temperature. Anyone had this happen and what was the fix?

    Thanks

Make sure you have brake lights…… ECM needs to see you have your foot on the brake.

2018 F3 LTD had the exact same problem. Took it to the dealership twice but the problem was intermittent, and it would not act up for them to diagnose it. I was close to the dealership one day when it happened. I drove the Spyder about 1 mile in reverse to the dealership. I insisted that they experience and witness the problem before the bike cooled down. Ended up replacing the left housing switch. $449.99 for the part, OUCH!!! But I haven't had that problem any more since!

Check oil level. Hydraulic Control Module can get fussy when oil gets low.

Did you get a fix for your shift problem on your Spyder? I have the same problem.
    I could use help.

No fix, yet. Yesterday, for the first time in a month it acted up again. This time stone cold in the garage. No normal clunking noise when trying to engage. Seems like an electronic switch issue. Bike was facing forward. Put it into reverse and back to 1st gear and it went in perfectly and did not act up again for the rest of the day with 2 restarts.
