Default Are these genuine Goodridge Speed Bleeders? Help!?!

Just received a set of supposedly Goodridge Speed Bleeders. From reading up on them I believed they come either as stainless or zinc plated with red sealant on the threads. The ones I received are not stainless or zinc plated and the sealant is grey. Have they sent me a set of non-genuine items, or am I wrong? Any help from users would be appreciated.

Mine aren't stainless or zinc plated, can't recall the sealant color, but red usually signals a permanent sealant and that wouldn't be very good for an item that you will eventually need to loosen.

If you do a search for speed bleeders there are different company's out there and they have a different style and look, they also use different colored sealants. I would be willing to bet your good to go, I would use them! If you had gone with the Speedbeader brand they would have looked as you said! Goodridge comes the way you said, do a google search for speed bleeders for motorcycles.

That brand is a competitive company. They will probably work and do the job.

The 'Speedbleaders' are the ones that are preferred.
Your money, so check them out and see what you think.

I went with the 'Speedbleaders'. ....

The thing to do is check the serial number. If they are new speed bleeders they would come packaged with the serial number on the package.

    Serial number or part number.............
