How to Use.... ****' Sticky to keep your Ad live while ever you're still looking; and to close it off and mark it Sold once you've found it/finished looking (yeah, I know it might not strictly be 'Sold' as such, but it's the only label we've got that does all that! ) The Sticky is up the top of every page in the 'For Sale by Owner' sub-forum, but here's a link to it as well:
