Interesting Google Maps Find

While searching for information on Mt. Helix in San Diego, CA. I stumbled onto this in Google Maps. Never saw anything like it before. I thought they always blurred out facial shots. Which is just one of the oddities in this picture .

... Well, from what I see, this picture has a 'Time Warp'. Every now and then I see those things. Some people may choose to call this 'an out of body experience'. Just saying, you know about people who 'hear things'.
