Proof I can customize more than just Spyders
I bought myself a Christmas gift. A Toro 50" zero turn mower. Most of you have seen my custom Spyders, but I can make anything unique. Here is what I did to my Zero turn!
Front headlights
Taillight
Rear Strobes
floormat
front and rear fenders fabricated by me
folding rear rack fabricated by me
rear storage box
Electric chute lift invented and fabricated by me https://www.youtube.com/shorts/fMB32m5bA4s
Hubcaps and factory jack kit are on the way
I am ready for spring!

Joel, a nice RDL or Corbin would finish it off.

Humm, Joel, are ya' getting ready to reenact 'The Straight Story?' Richard Farnsworth was very good in this 'traditional' Disney movie.

I have this problem where I have to keep my brain busy or else I lay in bed at night and can't sleep because I can't turn my brain off. I really wish I had my own shop where I could do this type of stuff all day for people and make money at it. My job at General Electric Company is boring after 21 years.

Does it cut Grass?
...Just wanted to check if it will cut grass.
What about a roof for sun protection.
Maybe install a trailer hitch for moving the yard trailer.
Any updates or recalls on the pulleys?........
Oh, a great job and done well.

Hi Dave here ....
I don't want to sound like a smart ass but.......
Just how far do you plan on going to mow lawns on that unit... I notice you have a nice big trunk for lunch and drinks
plus lights, wondering how they classify it for license plates

It's not about how far I plan on going. It will probably rarely leave my yard, except to run up the street to get gas. I just love making things unique. It keeps my brain busy. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety attacks, and doing stuff like this keeps my mind in another place and makes me happy. I might never mow at night. I might never use the storage container. It is all about keeping busy for me. I love to invent and create. Always have. I used to love to draw cars and was really good at it. In fact, I planned on designing cars for GM, but got a job with GE out of college and have been there for most of my thirty years since(been laid off twice). My eyesight isn't what it used to be, so drawing doesn't bring me pleasure anymore. Occasionally I will draw blueprints for something, but mostly just create as I go along. I recently built a wood shop and have created a few pieces of furniture. I'm keeping my mind sharp.
